BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located at 3901 Dodds Avenue, being on the northwest line of Dodds Avenue at East 39th Street. Lots 8, 9, and 10, block 14, Fairview Addition to East End, as shown by plat of record in plat book 2, page 11, R.O.H.C.; being the property described in deed book 2890, page 825, R.O.H.C. Tax Map No. 168G-D-9. from R-2 Residential Zone to C-2 Convenience Commercial Zone. SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this rezoning shall be subject to the following conditions: 1. Erection and maintenance of a sight-obscuring fence along the west line of the property. 2. All existing easements are retained. SECTION 3. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, the public welfare requiring it.
